14 million people travel to Thailand each year. One of them went too far...
When JD is fired from his dull desk job, his old buddies promise him the vacation of a lifetime. Unable to refuse the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, he travels with Gordon Goldman and John Walker to the sizzling heart of Thailand — the infamous city of sin, Pattaya.
Surrounded by endless nightlife, alcohol, and temptation, JD quickly finds himself overwhelmed by the heat, the chaos, and his own limits. His situation takes a turn for the worse when his friends suddenly leave on “important business,” abandoning him alone in the land of a thousand smiles.
With little to do except drink, JD soon blacks out after a night of heavy partying. When he wakes up in the middle of the jungle with no memory of what happened, he must fight his way back to civilization — only to discover that he has become tangled in a dangerous ordeal he does not understand.
A loving, low-budget homage to classic 1980s action movies, Killing Heat is an over-the-top Norwegian action-comedy packed with violence, dark humor, and pure chaos.
Shot in Pattaya, Thailand — proudly described as "a single long study in how to pretend to make a big Hollywood film on a ridiculously small budget."
